Privacy Policy

How we handle the information you share when you inquire about a stay.

Who we are

This policy applies to the DAL website (the “Site”), which lists furnished units in Los Feliz, Los Angeles for longer stays. If you have any questions about it, email us at dalproperty.info@gmail.com.

Information we collect

When you use our inquiry form, we collect the details you choose to provide:

  • Your name and email address (required so we can reply);
  • The unit you’re interested in, your intended start date, and your message (optional).

Like most websites, our hosting provider also processes standard technical information (such as your IP address and browser type) in server logs to deliver and secure the Site. We do not use this information to build profiles of visitors.

How we use your information

We use the information you submit for one purpose: to respond to your inquiry about a stay and to arrange a booking if you choose to proceed. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of trusted providers to run the Site:

  • Vercel — website hosting and delivery;
  • Resend — delivers your inquiry to us by email;
  • Google Maps — the embedded map in our “Location” section is loaded from Google, which may set its own cookies and receive your IP address under Google’s Privacy Policy.

Cookies and tracking

We do not use analytics or advertising cookies, and our fonts are served from our own domain rather than a third party. The only third-party content that may set cookies is the embedded Google Map described above.

“Do Not Track” signals

We do not track visitors across other websites over time, so we do not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals differently. This disclosure is provided in line with California’s Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA).

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry messages only as long as needed to respond to you and to keep reasonable records of our correspondence. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).

Your California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, you may ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you and to delete it. To make a request, email dalproperty.info@gmail.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Children

The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above.
